Instructions for use 

1. Loosen the two front straps to increase the size of the straps. Place arms through each strap.

2. Adjust the front straps until you feel the straps are holding your shoulders correctly

3. Ask a friend to adjust the back strap until comfortable, otherwise remove the posture corrector and try different positions until comfortable.

4. Check the corrector fits comfortably but does not restrict circulation.
